Scope note: Our technicians do not assess, test, or remediate water damage, mold, or microbial growth. If active water damage or mold is present, a licensed water-mitigation or mold-remediation company must complete cut-out, dry-out, and clearance first. Once the area is dried and cleared, we measure the remaining drywall scope and quote from there.

Scope-of-work disclaimers
Customer must clear a 6-ft radius of furniture and fragile items before the crew arrives. Un-prepped sites are charged a $149.99 re-trip fee.
Client is responsible for moving electronics, artwork, and valuables. Goliath is not liable for items left in the active work zone.
Industry-standard plastic and drop cloths are used. No 'zero dust' or 'zero residue' guarantee is implied.
Mold, water damage, rotted framing, or prior bad repairs found behind drywall are billed as a change order at additional cost.
Best-effort match on existing walls. Exact invisible match is not guaranteed due to aging, lighting, and lot variation.
Drywall finishing only. Plumbing, electrical, gas, HVAC, and low-voltage lines are NOT handled by our crews.
Start dates are estimates. Cancellations within 48 hours of start forfeit the 50% deposit.
50% deposit is non-refundable upon scheduling. Final balance due on sign-off. 1.5%/mo late fee after 7 days.
1-year labor warranty on workmanship. Does not cover settling cracks, water damage, or customer-caused damage.
In-person residential estimates are $99 flat, non-refundable, charged to card on file. Technician takes measurements and emails the written estimate the same day. Credited toward your deposit if you hire us. Online photo quotes remain free.

All packages are sold as non-permitted cosmetic and finishing labor (drywall, paint, trim, non-load-bearing partitions). Building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HOA, and GC-licensed scopes are excluded — the client is permit applicant of record. See Terms §19.
Your uploaded photos, square footage, linear footage, and ceiling height are binding. If on-site reality differs by more than 10%, the line item is re-quoted as a change order before work continues. Deposit remains non-refundable.
'Free' or 'included' bonuses (e.g. free door install) have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited if the qualifying package is canceled, downgraded, or refunded. See Terms §20.
Billing disputes must be raised in writing with a 14-day cure window before any chargeback. All unresolved disputes are settled by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, FL. Jury trial and class actions waived. See Terms §21.
