Through our online platform, clients can request estimates, schedule services, and prioritize bookings for expedited project timelines.
2.2 To access the services provided by Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC, clients are responsible for securing the necessary access to our website, which may include costs associated with third-party service providers such as internet service fees or mobile data charges.
Additionally, clients must ensure their devices and systems meet the technical requirements to connect to our platform.
3.1 Our renovation and repair services are available to residents and businesses located in the following counties:

4.1 Booking Process:
To schedule drywall services with Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC, customers must complete the online booking form on our website or contact us directly by phone or email. A booking is considered confirmed only once the customer has received a confirmation email from us.
4.2 Priority Booking:
Goliath Drywall offers a “Priority Booking” option for customers who wish to receive expedited scheduling for their services. To utilize the Priority Booking service, customers must pay a non-refundable fee of $150.00 online. By selecting Priority Booking, the customer acknowledges that:
a) Their booking will be prioritized for scheduling.
b) They can expect to be scheduled within 24 hours of making the payment, subject to availability.
c) The $150.00 Priority Booking fee is non-refundable, even if the customer decides to cancel or reschedule the appointment once the service date is confirmed.
4.3 Estimates and Proposals:
Before confirming a booking, it is recommended that customers obtain an estimate or proposal for the scope of work. All estimates provided are subject to change based on the final assessment and agreement of the work to be done. Once a booking is confirmed, the date cannot be changed by the customer without prior written approval from Goliath Drywall. If a customer decides to cancel or reschedule after confirming a booking, the deposit or payment for the scheduled services may not be refunded.
4.4 Payment Terms:
a) All payments for drywall services, including Priority Booking fees and service charges, must be made in advance via the online payment system, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Goliath Drywall.
b) Payment is due at the time of booking and must be completed before work begins. Failure to make the required payment will result in the cancellation of the booking.
c) Goliath Drywall accepts various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards, and online payment platforms.
d) If a customer requests financing options, we have partnered with ENHANCIFY, a marketplace offering financing through third-party lenders. Please note that Goliath Drywall is not a lender and is not responsible for any issues arising from the financing process with ENHANCIFY or any third-party lenders.
4.5 Refunds and Cancellations:
a) In the event of a cancellation by the customer before the scheduled service date, any deposit paid may be subject to forfeiture depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
b) Goliath Drywall reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified and offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
c) Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed.
4.6 Late or Non-Payment:
a) Failure to make payments as agreed may result in delays or cancellation of services. Goliath Drywall reserves the right to retain any deposits or payments made toward incomplete services in cases of non-payment.
b) Customers with unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees, including late payment penalties, and may be prohibited from booking future services until balances are resolved.
4.7 Cancellations and Rescheduling:
a) Clients may cancel their booking within 24 hours of scheduling without penalty, provided no work has begun. After this period, cancellations are subject to forfeiture of any paid fees.
b) Rescheduling of services is not allowed once a booking date has been finalized. Clients must proceed with the originally confirmed date to avoid penalties.
4.8 Disputes and Refunds:
a) Refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory services will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Goliath Drywall.
b) Disputes regarding payments or services must be submitted in writing to Goliath Drywall’s customer service team within 14 days of service completion for review and resolution.
5.1 All estimates provided by Goliath Drywall LLC are:
a) Free of Charge: No fees are charged for initial consultations and quotes.
b) Valid for seven (7) Days: Estimates expire seven (7) days after issuance.
c) Subject to Change: Prices may vary based on scope modifications, unexpected challenges, or price fluctuations for materials. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes before work proceeds.
5.2 Binding Nature of Estimates:
a) Agreed-upon estimates are binding, and changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written addendum, which may incur additional costs.
b) Estimates are non-refundable if the client cancels the booking after the date is finalized.
6.1 Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use our website and services solely for personal, lawful purposes. This license is contingent upon your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and any violation of these terms will result in the immediate revocation of this license.

Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the total project cost.
8.2 Cancellation by Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC:
Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC reserves the right to cancel any scheduled services due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, equipment failure, or other events beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by Goliath Drywall, clients will be notified promptly, and a rescheduling of the service will be arranged at the earliest possible time. If rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund of any deposits paid will be issued.
8.3 Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable if Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC fails to complete the agreed-upon services within the expected timeframe or if the services provided do not meet the specifications outlined in the proposal or contract. Any claims for refunds must be submitted within 7 days after the project completion date, detailing the specific concerns. We reserve the right to inspect the work before issuing a refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
8.4 Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees, including the Priority Booking fee and any non-refundable deposits required for securing the project schedule, are non-refundable. These fees are considered service charges for scheduling and administrative purposes.
9.1 Project Completion:
Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC aims to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timeline, subject to any delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, client delays, or material shortages). Upon project completion, Goliath Drywall will conduct a final inspection with the client to ensure that the work meets the specified requirements. Any issues identified during the inspection will be addressed promptly. If no issues are reported during the final inspection, the project will be considered complete.
9.2 Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for:
a) Ensuring that the work area is accessible, clear of any obstructions, and ready for the installation to begin.
b) Inform us of any pre-existing conditions, such as water damage, mold, or structural weaknesses, which may affect the scope of work.
c) Ensuring that all necessary permits, approvals, and permissions are obtained prior to the start of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon by Goliath Drywall.
d) Any delays caused by unprepared workspaces or additional requirements will result in extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
9.3 Post-Completion Care:
Once the project is completed and the client has signed off on the work, Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC is not responsible for any subsequent damage caused by the client or external factors (e.g., water damage, accidental impacts). It is the client’s responsibility to maintain the integrity of the drywall and ensure that the work is protected from such factors.
10.1 Responsibility for Taxes:

24.1 By using the Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC website and services, you agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information obtained through your use of the platform, including but not limited to business plans, pricing, trade secrets, client data, and any other sensitive information, strictly confidential. You shall not disclose, distribute, or use such information for any purpose other than those necessary to use the Goliath Drywall services as intended. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of your use of the website and services.
25.1 Any notices required or permitted under these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and shall be considered duly delivered when personally delivered, sent via certified mail, a recognized courier service, or to the official registered email addresses of the parties provided. Notices shall be deemed effective upon receipt.
26.1 The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC reserves the right to enforce any right or provision at any time, and a waiver of any breach or default shall not be interpreted as a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, nor of the provision itself.
27.1 If any provision or clause of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be disregarded only to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability. The remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
28.1 You may not transfer or assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC. Such consent may be granted or withheld at Goliath Drywall’s sole discretion. Any attempt to assign this Agreement in violation of this provision will be deemed invalid. Goliath Drywall reserves the right to assign this Agreement freely at any time without notice. This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the permitted successors and assigns of both parties.
29.1 Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC will not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). These events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes), acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, strikes or labor disputes, government actions, interruptions in internet or telecommunications services, or any other unforeseen events that make performance commercially impracticable or impossible.
29.2 In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC will promptly notify you of the nature and expected duration of the event. The company will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the Force Majeure Event and resume performance as soon as possible.
29.3 During the Force Majeure Event, Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions will be suspended to the extent affected by the event. If the duration of the Force Majeure Event exceeds sixty (60) days, either party may terminate the affected services without liability, by providing written notice to the other party.
29.4 This clause does not relieve you of the obligation to pay for any products or services already provided or delivered. It also does not affect any other rights or remedies available to you or Goliath Drywall Installation & Finish LLC under these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
